A future in which prosthetic patches prevent bodies from aging? Or a sexists view on femininity in robotics? 
Either way, the question is whether they are up- or downgrades of humanity.

not everything incorporating the female for is sexist, sexist is expecting the woman to stay in the kitchen all the time, not appreciateing the female form (wether real or robotic)
