When I read the headline I immediately thought that Androids dream of electric sheep instead of flying.
I have known Festo for a long time (as a mechanical engineer) and they are market leader in the pneumatic / hydraulics field. It’s a very unlikely project for them but find it fantastic how they pulled it off. With a 2 meter wingspan and a weight of less than 500 grams! Wow! I want one!
