although I think is a really good idea and i totally give my support… I’m quite sure it won’t taste like the best spanish ham! (I guess that will be a privilage from time to time in 40 years from now)
It will be interesting to see if in-vitro meat can replicate gourmet meats like Spanish Pata Negra. Maybe if they feed the petri dishes on acorns?
